Due to road works we have had to shorten the long route which is now approx. 75 mile

Torelli Women`s Racing Team





We organise the sportive to raise money for our women`s racing team. If you would like to help the team you can make a donation by following the link to our GO FUND ME campaign.

Torelli are one of the UK`s leading female racing teams you can see the girls in action at the Tour de Yorkshire, ITV 4 Tour Series, Revolution Track Series we also race all over Europe. Its events like this and your kind donations that allows us to support the girls as they chase their dreams. Next month we ride the Healthy Ageing Pro Tour of the Netherlands against the world best teams.

PLEASE NOTE
New Head Quarters is the Parish Hall Poynton its behind the Waitrose Supermarket. 

Welcome to this years Jodrell Bank Classic which will be held on the Sunday 11th of March 2018. Starting  at Parish Hall, Poynton then heading off into the Cheshire Plains.
We have two challenging routes which have been designed by experienced local club cyclists.





The Route


The first part of the course is fast and flat across the Chesire plains skirting past the famous Jodrell Bank Radio telescope. Towards the end of the ride it gets a little lumpy there are a few small climbs, on the 50 mile route and 80 mile routes riders also have to tackle the Pott Shrigley climb which a steady gradient up past the village and golf course, a little sting in the tail.

Event Information

Registration opens at 7.30 am closes at 8.15 am

Event Starts at 8.30 am. We are on a tight schedule if you start later then the feeding stations might already have closed

Registration
In registration for riders who have entered online you have already signed on so it's just a matter of picking up your number, there is nothing to sign. We will publish the start sheet a few days before the event. It will speed registration up if you check your number before hand.

Make sure you have downloaded and printed of your route maps. See right hand column `Information`click on the route and it will take you to the Strava website wher you can download and print off the route

Riders Briefing
A riders briefing will be published on the website prior to the event. It will also be emailed out to riders after entries have closed.

REFUNDS
Along with most other sportive vents we do not do refunds. We do allow you to transfer to one of our other events if you are unable to ride. You must inform us before the online entry closing date for the event.
